Our Training policy
We provide our employees with extensive and ongoing in-service trainings, using both proven global programs as well as in-house sessions. We are committed to comprehensive and continual training. Training is fundamental to our philosophy and operation.
We act as a training ground for the mechanics of service, high standards and effective systems. We fully initiate all new employees, from top management to service workers, into our methods, philosophy, quality standards and programs. We provide our clients with a professionally trained staff with resources from them to draw on.
In order to complete our ambitious training objectives, we created a Training Center that welcomes our trainees and offers convenient and theoretical learnings.
