ADEN Services (Asia) Ltd. was registered in Hong Kong in 1997 and is controlled by Joachim Poylo and his family's investment fund, Compagnie Financiere de Socoa.

- In early 2004, Asia's leading financier Simon Murray, Executive Chairman of General Enterprise Management Services Ltd. (GEMS) and Director of Simon Murray & Company has acquired a minority stake in Aden Services ( China ) Ltd.

- In December 2005, confident in the Chinese market the major shareholder decided to restructure the capital and offered to buy out the fund's stake.

- In early 2007, to boost the regional development and seize opportunities worldwide, ADEN Services teamed-up with a new European financial partner.

- June 2008 : Aden Services has just completed a major fundraising with Chinese and European private investors. This new capital injection will accelerate the company's growth in the fast developing markets of China and Vietnam and will boost the development of the remote site division.
