Assistant Facilities Manager
Location:
Beijing
Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the effective, cost-efficient, and timely management of facilities and services functions (security, cleaning, painting, building services, electrical shop, mechanical shop…)
You will be responsible for 5 people who manage also 15 maintenance technicians.
You will be responsible for maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems throughout the physical site, including drawings, manuals and parts lists for buildings and their installed equipment.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or equivalent with 5 years experience in a facilities engineering environment or associate's degree with 10 years experiences
Experience with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical project management
English speaking
Management and good communication skills.
