Job description
Manage and Coach the Business Development Team in order to attain targets defined by the top management.
Prospect and develop new business for food service & Facility management activity.
Contact in direct the potential customer (sales call).
Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential customers through introducing and presenting the companies services and solutions main customers are for facilities management, cleaning and security.
Visit customers to collect and analyze field information of customer expectations on service needs (cleaning / security / catering);
Set up meeting with potential customer
Negotiate on behalf of the company or support main negotiators to get service contracts (ability to negotiate the price);
Elaborate Sales forecast for budget.
Create new marketing tools and reengineer sales process for maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree (or higher, MBA is a plus)
Good command of English both written and oral.
Good computer skill.
Minimum 5 years proven sales and business development experiences; experience in a service providing industry or in hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Able to maintain relationships with prospects, accounts.
Good negotiator with solid presentation and communication skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.
Ability to lead a team and attain targets from a team perspective.
Proactive with ability to take initiatives; willing to work under pressure. Vietnamese Nationality Cross-culture experience, such as working experience in a joint venture is desirable
