Camp Manager
Responsibilities:
- To find appropriate solution to any issues rising on site by communicating with the client and the head office.
- To enforce the company policies and procedures on site (contract, equipment, logistics).
- Be responsible for the rigorous implementation of all company's procedures.
- To be responsible for the success of the operation by reaching the targets set by the company in terms of cost control in all fields of operations.
- To manage and co-ordinate the different teams and shifts on camp.
- To be personally involved in the training program aimed to increase efficiency of on site personnel in terms of service quality.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female with age 30 and above
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years experience in accounting or finance field
- To have an extensive knowledge of the contract terms and conditions regarding to the operations.
- To be always willing to listen to client's demands and comments and offer solutions.
- A good command of both written and spoken English. French is above
- Hard working, Punctual, High responsibility, Enthusiasm
