Location:
Congo ( Kinshasa )
Responsibilities :
Prepare the menus
Purchase all the material including food, raw material or small equipments if necessary
Doing all the food preparation in advance to ensure the food serving on time
Ensure consistent high quality, keep food in hygienic and clean condition according with the law or regulation of the country
Be responsible for the cleanness of his working place and kitchen
Control the cost of operation and material to the acceptable level
Collect and keep receipts, invoice and related purchasing records
Qualifications:
Chinese national
Experience like Chinese chef cook (more than 2 years)
Good Chinese cooking skills (western cooking skills would be a plus)
Willing to work in remote site
Basic English or French will be good
