Department manager- Guarding activities
Location: Shanghai, China Head Office
Responsibilities :
• To lead and oversee all the company guarding activities and guard teams (3800 guards)
• To create and harmonize company guidelines and procedures about guarding
• To be involved in the preparation and delivery of training courses for the guard teams
• To keep abreast of new official regulations and requirements regarding guarding activities
• To inform the China Head Office about any other relevant information regarding guarding
• To solve directly or support the solving of on-the-ground issues regarding guarding activities on company's sites
• To analyze reporting from Operation command center and inform weekly China Head Office management about Aden Services guarding activities all over China
• Establish/Maintain good relations with our clients
• To create tools and define criteria to evaluate the quality of our Work on site and measure our client's satisfaction
• To offer innovative suggestions on how to improve our guarding services and on possible additional new offerings in this field
Qualifications :
• 35 years old and above
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Chinese is a plus)
• At least 3 years experience in management or in guarding (management level)
• Experience of management in China is compulsory
• Leadership Skills /Able to manage and motivate guard teams
• Ability to coordinat e security services
• Some experience in events security is a plus
