Job specs:
Able to manage the team directly on site or from other sites. Acquire extensive knowledge of operations in order to master their functioning. Control the purchase/ labor cost of operations Be careful about the quality & technical aspects Implement best quality services Respect and enforce the Company's internal corporate policies and rules Cooperate with all Company's internal departments, suppliers, customers, authorities Manage the communication & relation with the customer Able to identify a problem and to set up the solution to the problem Reporting to Operations Director.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of working experience in F&B department, catering business, Chinese restaurant or fast food with several outlets Chef background is a plus Good command of English compulsory Experience in management of multi-location sites or large site (more than thousands of meals per day) Able to manage a large team (over 100 employees) Good computer skill Result oriented, interpersonal sensitivity, leadership, strategic thinking determination. Good communication skill with all the persons Responsible and hands on profile Chinese national
