Security Department Manager
Location:Shanghai, China Head Office
To w ork for an international services company
T o lead and oversee all the company Security a ctivities in China
Functional management of 3500 Employees / In a medium term: 20,000 Employees
Direct management of 4-5 security experts
Responsibilities :
- To lead and manage the security activities of ADEN Services: Guarding, Systems (Equipment and Fire), Consulting departments
- Define and oversee the implementation of Aden Security policies in accordance with the strategy of Aden Services
- Give a strategic vision of Security activities, set up short term, mid term and long business planning
- Detect growth opportunities, play an important role within network of national and international decision-makers in Security field.
- Continuously i mprove on our security services and set up additional new offerings in this field
- Identify and understand customer's needs for security activities, develop or/and maintain good relationships with customers
- Provide expertise that meets internal and external customer requirements (human resources, systems, news services….)
- Ensure the quality and reliability of our services to customers through a regular analysis and control of security reports, setting up of actions plans, follow up….
Qualifications :
- 15 years of experience in security industry with military or police background
- Experience of management in China is preferable
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Chinese is a plus)
- Management, Leadership and Vision Skills
