Sales Administration Manager
Location:
Shanghai, Worldwide Headquarters
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up Aden commercial contracts in Asia and Remote sites
Participate actively to Remote Sites Projects bidding
Overview the commercial proposal to customers before signature by the branches
Harmonize Aden contracts templates by country, segment and services
Analyse the Branches commercial report on openings: actual openings vs. budget, analyze of the gaps, etc…
A nalyze our customer portfolio in Asia and Remote sites
Search for marketing information to understand our customer strategy
Anticipate our customer's needs and future development
Evaluate the market and competition
Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors
Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and qualitative market research studies per location and relevant segments that support the overall marketing & sales strategy
Design, develop, and execute marketing actions and directs advertising and promotional
Activities
Follow up calendar of commercial exhibition. Propose the company's participation
Participate and plan Marketing work including television ads, catalogues, brochures, and others materials for sales, marketing, or other organization needs
Requirements:
* 28~35 years old
* Degree in commercial studies
* At least 3 years working experience in Sales Administration or sales and Marketing department.
Business oriented
* Very good English and Chinese is a plus
* Strong communication skill
