Sales Director China
Location: Shanghai, China head office
Key Responsibilities:
Know the market:
Know the economic environment and market
Identify new business development opportunities for the company in order to continue to improve our market position and our profitability
Continue having an in depth understanding of the competition (organization, strategy, services…)
Know the customers, prospects and competitors:
Identify competitor strategies
Have a good vision of customer satisfaction /Anticipate reactions to change in the offering
Influence marketing decisions
Sales
Increase sales and margins
Lead commercial negotiations for important contracts and international contracts
Create innovative and effective practices, policies regarding offerings, contracts, customers satisfaction
Sales team management
Manage and motivate sales and marketing team in CHO/ Set up effective systems for identifying top performers /create a dynamic sales environment
Support deputy branch managers and sales managers of our 12 branches
Requirements:
Around 40 years old
Foreigner with good understanding of the Chinese culture or Chinese with good English
Degree in commercial studies with experience is the Service Industry
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented
