PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE

Ø The purpose of ADEN Services shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.

Ø The main business scope of ADEN Services shall be the activities directly related to Food service, facility management services for buildings, factories, hotels, schools, etc.

Ø The Company services and servicing methods are determined to meet the international standards and to satisfy technical requirements of Vietnam.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Coaching

* Develop and manage the Ho Chi Minh City Business Development department.

  * Centralize the prospects; prepare marketing and sales offers to clients by working jointly with sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents, i.e. presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.

Sales development

   * Participate in the development of the business projects.

   * Be responsible for the Business Development team to reach the yearly target.

Marketing research

   * Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and qualitative market research studies on relevant segments in cooperation with the Marketing & Sales Administration Manager.

Monitor Competition

   * Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors.

Training

   * Organize and implement the sales training sessions for team member the Business Development Department.

   * Participate in building a sales and marketing corporate culture by stimulating commitment spirit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

Ø Vietnamese citizen

Ø Degree in Business Studies

Ø Fluent in English and Vietnamese, and preferably other languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese,…)

 

EXPERIENCE

Ø 5 to 7 years experienced in Sales/Business Development.

 

SKILLS

Ø Proven presentation, negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ø Excellent organizational and follow up skills and a good team player.

Ø Self-driven and able to work independently.
