ASAP Rental opens new East China HQ

Mar. 14th, 2018, Kunshan – Aden, a leading SMART Integrated Facility Management solutions
provider, along with Aprolis, a leader in independent equipment rentals within Europe, celebrated
the Grand Opening of their joint venture project, the ASAP Rental Operation and Innovation Center of
Robots and Advanced Equipment Manufacturing (“ASAP Rental Operation and Innovation Center”).

ASAP Rental in proud partnership with the Government of Kunshan reaffirmed their optimistic view on
revolutionizing the manufacturing industry through targeted innovations and the use of automated
intelligence technologies. Both ASAP Rental and the government expressed their commitment in
supporting Kunshan City’s ambitions of becoming the vanguard in this technological transformation,
focusing on the development of “smart” factories. The event welcomed over 250 distinguished guests to
take part in the opening ceremonies, including Ms. Hui Li, the Vice Mayor of Kunshan Municipal
People’s Government, Mr. Benjaman de Castelnau, General Manager of Aprolis, Mr. Francois Amman,
Co-founder and Co-president of Aden, and Mr. Patrick Wozniak, Managing Director of ASAP Rental.

The opening ceremonies left all in attendance feeling a sense of accomplishment and pride in what has
so far been completed. This was perfectly summed up by Ms. Hui Li when saying, “The successful opening
of ASAP Rental Operation and Innovation Center will create another wave of momentum for local
construction and development”. Located in the town of Lujia in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, the project
is a glowing example of what is to come in 2018 and beyond. The government sentiments were equally

ASAP Rental’s 3,000 square-meter multifunctional space includes a state-of-the-art business center,
showroom and maintenance facility. It will also feature a number of other functions including a
training center for the handling of advanced equipment and a warehouse for convenient access to spare
parts. The ASAP Rental Operation and Innovation Center is built upon a shared vision between the
Government of Kunshan, Aprolis and Aden to assist in the modernization of China’s industrial sector.
