Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and keep up hygiene and food safety international standards
  • Menu creation and food cost control
  • Manage the kitchen team to cook Chinese food for around 150 meals per day divided in 3 shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and only lunch on Saturday
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through food’s high quality and quantity
  • Keep consistent and improve quality

Profile requirements:

  • Must speak Mandarin. No need of 2nd language.
  • 3 years working experience of Chef Cook of Chinese cuisine
  • Experience in Chinese cuisines, especially of North East China (dumplings, noodles)
  • Good experience in costing & profit, organization, management, innovator, trainer, leader, eyes to details, team motivation.
