Aden Sevices takes over IFM services for Jaguar Land Rover in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou

Recently, Aden Services successfully signed a contract with global luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) to provide Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services for its offices across China. Effective July 1, 2026, the Aden project team has officially assumed management of six JLR office locations spanning Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou. Covering a total area of 18,000 square meters, this marks the launch of a comprehensive, integrated service operation.

To meet JLR’s demand for digitized work order management and real-time data visualization, Aden is deploying the Akila digital platform across all sites. This strategic implementation resolves traditional IFM challenges, such as information silos and delayed maintenance response times.

Powered by Akila, the project features a smart work order system that enables rapid online task routing and real-time progress tracking. Furthermore, the system automatically generates transparent operational data and KPI reports, allowing the client to access, review, and audit metrics at any time—truly achieving data-driven, comprehensive asset management.
