Aden Indonesia recently partnered with PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) to deliver a community development initiative in Routa, Southeast Sulawesi, focused on strengthening local capabilities and supporting economic opportunities for residents.
The program brought together community representatives and local residents through a series of practical training sessions designed to enhance skills, share knowledge, and contribute to long-term community development. The training content was tailored to local needs, helping participants build more sustainable livelihoods.
Investing in communities is an important part of building sustainable operations. As part of Aden’s broader sustainability commitment, initiatives like these help create lasting value by supporting stronger, more resilient communities alongside the operations we manage and the clients we serve.
We thank SCM and all participants for their engagement and contribution to the program’s success.
Aden remains committed to its people-first philosophy, working with partners to drive meaningful social investments across all the communities where we operate, fostering shared prosperity for communities and economies alike.
