Our process starts by understanding the client’s business objectives, operational KPIs, risk profile and compliance requirements. From there, we map and register each asset, assess its condition and criticality, and build a maintenance plan that reflects real operational priorities rather than a generic checklist. Execution is then controlled through digital work reporting, inspections, dashboards and performance tracking, allowing the plan to be continuously improved over time.

We use a mix of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance depending on the asset, its risk level, its impact on operations and the client’s cost or performance targets. Critical assets may require stronger preventive planning, condition monitoring or predictive maintenance, while lower-risk assets may be managed through simpler scheduled or corrective approaches. The goal is to apply the right level of maintenance to each asset, improving reliability without over-maintaining or creating unnecessary cost.

Our in-house technical teams cover a broad scope of building and industrial systems, including HVAC and exhaust systems, heating and cooling, compressed air, boilers, chillers, mechanical and hydraulic systems, electrical and high-voltage systems, fire-fighting systems, lighting and earthing, water and solid waste systems, elevators, kitchens, BMS, building automation and CMMS management. We also provide specialist support in predictive maintenance, commissioning, HSE, compliance, asset retrofit and cost optimization.

We build compliance and documentation into daily operations, rather than treating them as a separate exercise before an audit. Our approach is informed by ISO and international standards covering maintenance, facility management, asset management, reliability data, performance indicators, safety, quality, environment and cybersecurity. On-site activities can be captured digitally, standard reports can be generated, and maintenance records are structured to support transparency, traceability and certification requirements such as LEED, WELL, GRESB and other client-specific standards.
