Aden formally entered into an agreement with Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive IFM services across multiple operational scenarios. Supported by a professional service team, robust emergency management mechanisms, and digital management tools, Aden delivered strong assurance for the resort’s successful opening and ongoing operations, demonstrating its capabilities in servicing large-scale theme park projects.
In the industrial sector, Aden established a strategic partnership with IB2, a leading French green technology company, to jointly advance the implementation and execution of IB2’s bauxite refining project in Shanxi Province. The project has now officially entered operation, marking a smooth transition from planning to stable execution and highlighting Aden’s systematic delivery capabilities in complex industrial projects.
Aden further deepened its strategic cooperation with adidas by providing IFM services to three major warehousing and logistics parks in China. Aden Energies signed a strategic cooperation agreement with SND Group (Suzhou High-tech Zone Group), further strengthening their long-term partnership. Nxpark: Evolving the Industrial Park Model

At the beginning of the year, Nxpark and Suzhou High-tech Zone jointly launched the Aden International Automotive Equipment Industrial Park. Led by Aden Group, the project integrates investment, construction, and operations, and brings together leading global automotive manufacturers and core component suppliers. The park aims to establish a world-class automotive assembly and manufacturing platform, injecting new momentum into the region’s automotive industry cluster.
Nxpark successfully secured a 100-mu industrial land parcel in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, officially launching the development of an International Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. Deeply integrated into China’s trillion-yuan new energy vehicle industry chain, the project will reshape the value of industrial infrastructure through digitalization and sustainable design. As Nxpark’s strategic presence in one of China’s core NEV hubs, the project will further validate its one-stop sustainable industrial park solution and accumulate experience for future expansion into Southeast Asian markets.

Akila’s AI-powered energy platform will be deployed across Jotun Group’s manufacturing network in 26 countries and regions worldwide, supporting this global coatings and paints leader in achieving systematic digital transformation of factory management, while improving energy efficiency performance and operational transparency.
Akila officially joined the NVIDIA Partner Network. This recognition reflects Akila’s technological capabilities being acknowledged by a global AI leader and provides a solid foundation for further strengthening its digital twin and AI solutions, enabling the delivery of higher-performance offerings to customers.
ESG Performance and International Recognition

Aden Group formally joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. This move underscores the Group’s commitment to the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles covering human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
Aden China released its 2024 Sustainability Report, centered on the theme “Sustainable Transformation of the Built Environment,” systematically presenting the Group’s ESG strategy and practices over the past year and embedding sustainability requirements throughout the entire business process.
