Aden Group has recently completed industrial and commercial registration for a joint venture established in partnership with Mianyang Xinxing Investment Share Co., Ltd., the Mianyang Gaodun Technology Co., Ltd., to build a modern manufacturing park for Li Auto’s intelligent, low-carbon production facility for range extenders and also lead the operation and management of the industrial park upon completion.
The range extender R&D and production base project is the only major industrial project at the 10-billion-yuan level signed by the City of Mianyang, Sichuan in 2021 with a total investment of 10.6 billion yuan. Covering an area of 80,000 square meters, the industrial park will develop and manufacture the new generation of Li Auto’s range extenders, the first phase of the project is planned for a production capacity of 200,000 units per year, with the second and third phases to be constructed in near future.
Once the Li Auto new energy industrial park project is launched, it will also drive a group of related enterprises to settle in the park and promote the integrated and coordinated development of the local automobile industry, further improving the industry chain and accelerating the high-quality development of Mianyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone.
With this smart manufacturing park, LI Auto and Aden group are following the national development goals of Made in China 2025, Internet Plus, and the Dual Carbon Goals, integrating green, ecological and intelligent concepts into the design and continuously driving innovation and productivity.
