Aden China secures CDP ‘B’ rating again, pioneering in ESG practices

In the 2024 Climate Change assessment by CDP, the world’s leading environmental disclosure platform, Aden China has achieved a ‘B’ rating once more. This accomplishment places Aden China on par with top Chinese firms such as Alibaba, JD.com, Baidu, and Geely in terms of sustainability performance.

Aden China has scored ‘A’-level ratings in five key categories, including nature-related risk assessment, environmental impact analysis, and public policy engagement. This clearly reflects its mature and integrated approach to ESG strategy and execution.

CDP’s 2024 questionnaire has introduced a more rigorous and consolidated framework, aligning with global standards such as IFRS S2, TNFD, and ESRS. It incorporates climate, water, forests, biodiversity, and plastics into a single, comprehensive evaluation. Aden’s strong performance under these enhanced criteria confirms the depth of its environmental management systems.
