As 2026 begins, Aden and Adidas move into a new phase of their partnership. At midnight on New Year’s Day, Aden’s IFM team officially commenced on-site operations at three of Adidas’ core distribution centers in Suzhou and Tianjin, marking the transition from project planning to stable service delivery.
As critical hubs within Adidas’ China supply chain, these distribution centers place high demands on operational safety, continuity, and management precision. Leveraging its mature Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) delivery model, Aden provides robust support to ensure efficient, reliable, and resilient day-to-day operations.
Project highlights include:
- Service locations: Three key distribution centers in Suzhou and Tianjin
- Total managed area: Nearly 300,000 square meters
- On-site team: Around 200 professionals, including engineering, technical support, security, and cleaning personnel
- Service model: On-site Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
During the project launch, Aden’s management team was present on site to support the service transition and operational setup, ensuring a smooth handover and a rapid move into steady-state operations.
Tailored to the specific needs of large-scale logistics facilities, Aden delivers a full lifecycle suite of services, covering security, cleaning and hygiene management, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), pest control, technical asset management, as well as landscaping and grounds maintenance.
At the core of the operation, the Akila digital platform supports service execution and management through data-driven insights, energy optimization, and smart maintenance. This enables operational stability while helping advance Adidas’ sustainability objectives.
Tong Sun, head of business growth and performance, noted that the successful launch of the logistics center operations represents an important milestone in the long-term partnership between the two companies, and further demonstrates Aden’s on-site delivery capabilities and operational management expertise in large, complex logistics environments.
Looking ahead, Aden will continue to focus on reliable execution and refined management, providing intelligent, sustainable facilities management support for clients’ strategic assets and mission-critical operations.
