Hanoi, October 3, 2018 – Aden Group, a leading Pan-Asian facility management company, today agreed to acquire the Vietnam subsidiary of international facility management company OCS. Aden strengthens its leading position in the Vietnam facility management market. This transaction enables OCS to focus on its core markets in accordance with its expansion plan. As of now, the deal is subject to regulatory approval.
Through this acquisition, Aden will significantly enhance its integrated facility services offering to key account customers in the strategically important Vietnam market. The OCS Vietnam team of experts will strengthen Aden’s diversification within Vietnam. OCS Vietnam is known as a leader in technical and hygiene services, catering to blue-chip clients in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. Aden’s key offerings which include Food Service and Security solutions in addition to Maintenance, Cleaning and Integrated Facility Management will soon be made available to all clients of OCS in Vietnam.
